Should be a veritable goldmine - although I suspect that the sequences that I would want have long been cut and binned!

A quick inspection suggests to me that this will have the same benefits and problems as online photo libraries: great if what you want is sufficiently generic or commonplace as to have been included by the cataloguers; but if you want something out of the ordinary, you could end up wasting a lot of time! The trick to using them is to think yourself into the mind of the cataloguer, and ask yourself: what would they be likely to have included?
